Thank you for your interest in using The Popcorn Shop and More for your group’s fundraising needs. This is a great opportunity for your organization to be able to offer a local, quality product and make 30 – 50% profit!
Ways to sell:
“Concession Sales”: Pre-buy our medium/large/extra large or Bulk bags to sell at a fundraising
event. These bags are discounted for non-profit or fundraising groups and can be sold prebagged
by us or “By the scoop” at your event. Unfortunately, no returns or credits for unused product.
Brochure: We offer 4 flavors; caramel, huckleberry cheesecake, tutti frutti, and kettle. During November
and December, Tutti Frutti will be replaced with Candy Apple. We sell our medium bags to you for $3.00
each and the large for $7.00. We suggest you charge $6.00 for the medium and $14.00 for the large.
Take orders with our premade brochures, collect your money, submit full order with payment to Popcorn Shop, pick up order in 2-3 days and deliver to “customers”.
Punch Cards: BOGO cards priced at $10 each. Fundraiser keeps $5 per card sold and pays $5 to
The Popcorn Shop. Each card has 6 “punches” for Buy One Medium/Get One Medium gourmet
popcorn. The card has a value of $24.00 in “free” popcorn. To take orders for our punch cards, collect your money, submit full order with payment to Popcorn Shop, pick up order in 2-3 days and deliver to "customers".
You will be required to process the money collected, and pay The Popcorn Shop with cash or
check from your organization. When you sell the popcorn, checks need to be made out to your
organization (or if you are an individual selling alone, the checks should be made out to you/your
parent.) If your organization is located in the state of Idaho, we are required to charge 6% sales
tax unless you are able to provide us with a ST101 including your Idaho seller’s permit number.
You make 50%.
